If you like the TV show its a neat store. T Shirts and some nice wood signs & unusual wood things like bowls. IT ISN'T A MADE IN CHINA gift shop. It's things made local.
We are faithful watchers of DIY Barnyard Builders and had to stop in their shop
We ran into Mark Bowe himself at the shop. It's his office. He's there when not filming. Had an awesome conversation with him. Great shop, and the gentleman who runs it is a very sweet man who greets you when you walk in.
We were not disappointed. Very unique items for sale of which we purchased a couple of things. Some things pricey but other things very reasonable. Very interesting talking with Mike and learning more about how jobs are done and all the preparation that goes into the buildings before the actual tear downs. We did purchase a short cross beam with a wooden peg which was an example of how the log cabins are put together. We actually had Mike sign and date it so when he becomes famous working with Mark we'll have a piece if history.
Visited this beautiful shop today and truly loved it. The people were so friendly and enjoyed talking to them. The items were so unique.
Great, enjoyed, 3 cast members stop to talk to us, and allowed us to take pictures with them . We got directions from the store to there wood yard . Store was very expensive. Had very original ideas.
Can't wait to return to White Sulphur Springs and visit the store again. BTW Mark was not in the store today, he was in Ohio taking down a barn.
